My name is Paula Slater MSc Psych GMBPsS
I am a mother of three, a wife, a dog mum, and a psychologist
(I cannot prescribe or diagnose).

I provide one-to-one talking therapy for adults and children, using an integrative approach tailored to each client's individual needs.
This means my work draws on a range of therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, core psychological theories, Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic Therapy, and developmental psychology. By integrating these methods, I offer a supportive and collaborative therapeutic space that promotes self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.

Through therapy, clients are supported to build confidence, develop effective coping strategies, and work through challenges in order to achieve improved wellbeing and balance across all areas of life. I invite you to take the next step towards better mental and emotional health.
